DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun
Arizona artist Ted DeGrazia’s dual passions for art and music are celebrated in this special collection of original paintings, drawings, and musical scores the artist composed for his big-band orchestra in the 1930s.
The newly recorded CD, “Please Remember Me,” features the first recordings of these original scores, produced and arranged by faculty at the Tucson Community Music School and Tucson Jazz Institute, joined by the artist’s son, Spanish-guitarist Domingo DeGrazia. The musicians will perform the songs live at the opening reception.
